This summer Y-3 launches a new take on the Y-3 RUNNER 4D featuring the exclusive black ADIDAS 4D sole. Continuing the seasonal narrative of the essential essence of sport reinterpreted for the city environment, the new Y-3 RUNNER 4D is a combination of the highest adidas technology with a premium choice of fabrics and embroidered details, resulting in a striking design.
Inspired by the ALPHAEDGE 4D the Y-3 Runner 4D features the latest evolution of ADIDAS 4D technology. Leveraging adidas’ extensive archive of computational athletic data, ADIDAS 4D is a high-performance midsole crafted with light and oxygen using Digital Light Synthesis ™ printing technology.
The new silhouette is composed of a layered mesh upper with subtly obscured 3-Stripes, embellished by a mix of flat and 3D embroidery, and completed by a luxury combination of suede, for the eye stay, and leather for the tongue and the heel counter, and a neoprene lining, adding textural interest to the unconventional shoe design. The style is available in 2 colorways: a black version with tone-sur-tone embroideries and white Y-3 logo and panels on the toe, and an eye catching colorway with solar orange and silver embroideries, tongue and heel counter, embellishing a black mesh upper.
The Y-3 RUNNER 4D will exclusively launch at Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour City Y-3 store on July 18th.
