Orders delivered outside of Hong Kong are shipped by DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and import taxes or duties are not included in our price. Import taxes or duties are charged when the package arrived its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
To our customers, you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or additional cost which may be levied at the time of importation. We suggest you contact your local customs authorty or post office to know the potential cost prior to placing an order.

If the item(s) you've ordered is out of stock at the time of packing your order, your order will be cancelled. Please allow up to 4-5 working days for your refund, depending on your payment method.
We strive to deliver all orders as fast as we can, and once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that included tracking number and link.
Normally, all orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days after placing your order. Delivery might be delayed if it met the following situations, inclement weather, package congestion, etc.
Returns & Refunds
Unused Product may be returned if you contact Customer Service within 7 days of its receipt provided that
- All tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes (in the case of shoes) are intact and returned together with the product
- The copy of the original invoices and the copy of the credit card used to purchase the Product must also be presented.
- Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for intimate wear, leggings, socks, or altered Products.
- Final sale item(s) are not eligible for return or exchange
Initial shipping cost, return shipping costs, tax and duties will not be refunded. The decision as to whether the product is accepted for return remains with the Company’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final. If the Company receives a return that cannot be accepted, the Product shall be re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.
